Making plans has never been so much fun with the downloadable Calendar Basics kit for My Digital Studio. This 70-piece stamp brush set has everything you need to create calendars that will get you through the year in style.
I created this clean & simple MDS2+ page showing off my stepson & stepdaughter. Loving the way the bright colors and white space show off the photo. Again, I used the recoloring tool for the stamp brush on the far left and recolored it three different colors (Raspberry Ripple, Peach Parfait, and Midnight Muse). Such a fun result!!
Here’s a video showing you how you can recolor your stamp brushes in MDS2. Enjoy!
MDS2+ Supplies: Celebrate Any Day designer kit, Extreme Elements, Family Reunion, and Meant to Be stamp brush sets
Celebrate Any Day Greeting Card Templates – Item #127757, $9.95 – Included in MDS2+
The download includes additional stamp brushes so you can create even more cards. It comes with 12 digital-exclusive greeting card templates using four artwork styles (three 5-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ and nine 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ cards), a 24-piece stamp brush set, and 15 embellishments.
I created this page for a 10+ photo digital challenge. The photos are of my Mom in different stages of her life. I converted all of the photos to black & white for a bold statement (a few were already in b&w based on the age of the photo).
This page evolved many times before the end result you see here. But that is what I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE about My Digital Studio. With a few clicks, I can add or remove any element I like without having to waste any ink, paper, or embellishments. I can also save iterations of my pages if I feel the need – so I can see progress of my pages just in case I want to go back to what I started with originally.
I also had fun recoloring my embellishments (the A Little of This Tag Templates and Taffeta Trimmings Digital Download). This is a new feature in MDS2. Check out this video on how to recolor your embellishments.
I am very happy with the end result of my page and so glad I downloaded MDS2+.

A few pages showing my Mom's side of the family … the top photo was taken not even 5 months before her passing. It's amazing how healthy she looks! I love this photo of her – I remember that day and how happy she was to have her family surrounding her.
We were headed to a local parade – we always sat near her house because the parade route was right around the corner. I also remember how winded she was from the short walk too – her lungs couldn't take much activity at that point. But she was still happy to have family near and tried to make the best of it!

Pictured above is myself & my Mom on my wedding day back in 2003. She LOVED that glittery dress, it was perfect! Everyone she touched that day carried away a piece of her in the form of glitter on their clothing, too!
Below is the last photo I have of my Mom & I together before she passed away. It was Thanksgiving 2009 and she we hosted it at our home. She was too weak to do any cooking – much less stand for too long. On her lap is my neice Ashlynn.
Bottom left photo is my brother Dustin, my Mom, & myself. Bottom right photo is my Dad, myself & my Mom. My parents divorced several years ago – so having a photo of all of us together like this is truly a treasure.
